SHIPPING POLICY

As a small business starting out, we are currently unable to offer free shipping. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days of receipt. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a flat rate of £3.50, unless otherwise stated.

If you are unhappy with your item and would like to return it, please drop us an email at scallopandstripe@gmail.com. 

We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or used in any way.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to arrange a return.

Return payments must be paid by the customer.
